There will be a Zeta Sigma House Corp meeting Feb 4, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada at The Golden Nugget Casino at 2:00 pm.
There will also be a housing Corp meeting during the 50th reunion in Portales NM, Friday, April 21, 2017 at 4:00PM
To be able to vote you must be caught up on your housing corp. dues

The Zeta Sigma Housing Corp will have its annual meeting in Las Vegas next year during the Super Bowl weekend. If you were planning on being in Portales for the annual meeting on homecoming weekend, sorry to disappoint you, but honestly, several of us have discovered that Vegas is more fun. Try it, you'll like it!!
However, the newly formed Alumni chapter who is doing a great job of interacting with the actives and being more involved with the chapter, is holding their first meeting homecoming weekend at the house and by teleconference.

The Sig house looks great as significant dollars have been invested in remodeling, new flooring, general repairs and painting. The local alumni and actives deserve to be proud of all they have done. All of the labor hours were volunteer.
Financially, the House Corp is in OK shape, thanks to the faithfulness of numerous alumni who pay their annual housing corp dues. Thank you men !!!
This year, were finally able to pay off the mortgage that Robbins carried so generously for us, but we still have significant annual expenses to keep afloat.
Our annual costs of property insurance, property taxes, upkeep and deferred maintenance are close to 10 grand a year. Rental income from the chapter is not enough to keep us even. So if we receive significant contributions for annual dues, we can resume granting scholarships to active members thereby assisting the chapter financially.
Annual dues are $100, but as Robbins always says,"sent what you want or can" and make a contribution in memory of a brother in Chapter Eternal.
